Who Is Seth?

First of all, I’m the author of this blog. I am also the husband of my beautiful wife and “daddy” of two small dogs. I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors which is why this site has a slight slant toward real estate.
I love real estate! It is not only my chosen profession, it is what drives me. I love the effect it has on people: The look on the faces of a young couple just buying their first house; The excitement in the eyes of the retired couple when I tell them what their house is worth now, 25 years after they bought it, and that they can afford their dream home! I have been in real estate for a little over three years and it is certainly more than a job to me.
I am originally from a small town in Louisiana and I came to South Carolina via the U.S. Navy. While I was in Charleston, I met the wonderful young lady who would eventually become my wife. She was born and raised in Irmo, so when she finished school in Charleston she wanted to move back home. I wanted her to be happy, so here we are. I didn’t know too much about the area before we moved here, but I have come to love it and it is now my home.
